1. Service

Itsbundle (“we”) provides AI-generated virtual staging, clips, voiceover, and bundled listing packs (“Packs”) for real-estate photographers.

2. Acceptance

By signing in with Google you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

3. Packs & payment

Each Pack costs $39 USD (one listing). Payment is collected via Stripe before AI processing begins. A Pack credit is consumed when generation starts.

4. AI-generated content

Staged stills, dusk edits, clips, and voiceover are AI illustrations. They do not represent the actual condition of the property. You are responsible for complying with your local MLS or portal disclosure requirements before publishing.

5. No guarantee of completion

Packs are provided as-is. If a Pack never reaches “Ready” status after one automatic retry, contact us and we will manually issue a credit or refund at our discretion.

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of photographs you upload. We grant you a perpetual license to use the AI outputs in your marketing materials. We may use anonymized metadata to improve the service.

7. Limitation of liability

Itsbundle is not liable for listing inaccuracies, MLS violations, or downstream damages arising from AI-generated content. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected Pack.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
