1. What we collect

• Google account email and name (via Clerk sign-in)
• Listing photos you upload
• Listing metadata (address, beds, baths, sqft, notes)
• Payment information (processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers)

2. How we use it

• Generate your virtual staging Pack
• Process payments
• Send transactional emails (receipts, support)
• Improve the service using anonymized usage data

3. Storage & security

Photos and generated assets are stored in a private Supabase Storage bucket. Access requires authenticated, signed URLs. Database records are stored in Supabase Postgres (EU region).

4. Third parties

• Clerk — authentication
• Stripe — payment processing
• Fal.ai — AI image/video/voice generation
• Supabase — database and file storage

We do not sell your data to third parties.

5. Data retention

Listing data and assets are retained while your account is active. You may request deletion by emailing contact@itsbundle.com.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
