- What is Itsbundle?
- Itsbundle is a listing production service for real-estate photographers. Upload photos, choose staged stills, day-to-dusk exteriors, and motion clips, then receive a labeled ZIP, shareable gallery, voiceover, and stitched tour — one credit per listing.
- How much does a listing pack cost?
- A single listing credit is $39. Volume bundles are $105 for 3 credits (~$35 each) or $165 for 5 credits (~$33 each). You invoice your client separately — $39 is your cost floor, not your retail price.
- What is included in one listing credit?
- Each credit covers up to 12 virtually staged stills (with disclosure burn-in), up to 2 day-to-dusk exterior edits, up to 6 five-second motion clips, voiceover MP3, a stitched listing tour, a labeled delivery ZIP, and a shareable gallery link.
- Do credits expire?
- No. Credits stay on your account until you start generation for a listing. One credit is consumed when AI production begins for that listing.
- Are virtually staged photos MLS-compliant?
- Itsbundle burns “Virtually staged” on stills and “Day to dusk” on exterior edits, and includes a DISCLAIMER.txt in every ZIP. You are responsible for confirming your local MLS or portal rules before publishing.
- When am I charged?
- Stripe checkout runs before AI production starts. Generation consumes one credit from your balance; you are not charged again at download.
- Why credits instead of a monthly subscription?
- Real-estate photographers work listing to listing. Credits let you pay only when you have shoots to deliver, with volume discounts as you scale. Subscriptions are on the roadmap once repeat usage is proven.
- Can I share deliverables with agents or clients?
- Yes. When a listing reaches Ready status, you can activate a share link for a public gallery preview and provide the labeled ZIP for MLS or marketing use.
